My Learning Goals for Term Two

My Reading goal for Term Two is to:
To read three chapters every night to my dad.

To achieve this goal I will need to:
Make sure I return my books to the library so that I can always get new books out.

My whanau can help me achieve this by:
They could read with me until my three chapters have finished.

My Writing goal for Term Two is to:
To use punctuation and adjectives in my writing.

To achieve this goal I will need to:
Make sure I at least use more than three adjectives and work with a buddy to edit my work.

My whanau can help me achieve this by:
Reminding me to use the right punctuation in my writing, if I don't have it and also reminding me to add in interesting adjectives.

My Maths goal for Term Two is to:
To use my basic facts to solve problems in maths.

To achieve this goal I will need to:
Practise my basic facts so that I can recall them quickly and use them to solve problems in maths.

My whanau can help me achieve this by:
Helping me answer my questions using my basic facts.

My Personal goal for Term Two is to:
To get faster at typing on my netbook.

To achieve this goal I will need to:
Practise my typing skills using tux-typing.

My whanau can help me achieve this by:
Telling me to go onto the computer and practise my typing using typing practice websites.
